  • Assist with receiving and inspecting all equipment delivered to Client. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

  • Inspect shipments of materials, equipment and supplies received in order to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications. Identify and reports shortages, damages and other discrepancies.

  • Update the asset management system for acquisitions, transfer and dispositions of all Districtwide capital assets.

  • Use scanning devices, bar code technology and spreadsheets to record physical inventory items for audits and upload into asset management system.

  • Assist in preparing IT assets for issuance to the users

  • Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ITAM standards and tools.

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in ticketing system

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Efficient working knowledge of MS Excel

  • Amenable to work in Taguig

  • Regular shift

  • Can start ASAP
