As a Bakers/Kitchen Assistant, you will support the kitchen team to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods and meals. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, bread, and other goods
  • Support meal preparation and general kitchen duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Help manage basic inventory and ensure proper stock rotation
  • Assist with customer orders and prepare beverages as needed
  • Support front-of-house tasks when required
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Participate in training sessions to develop new skills

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for baking and the culinary industry
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate and comfortable with basic systems
  • Knowledgeable in customer service practices
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Hygienic, with strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Friendly personality with a team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to be trained and grow within the company
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
  • Flexible and able to assist in multiple areas (kitchen, customer service, drink creation)
  • Willing to be initially assigned in BGC, with potential re-assignment to Glorietta
  • Shifting schedule (5am to 3pm / 12am to 10pm/Mid shift) with Rest Day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php834.00 per day
