Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide R&D staff in product research, testing, and development.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor R&D projects to meet company goals.
  • Review and approve product formulations, experiments, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to sustainability practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams for product trials and innovations.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to guide product development strategies.
  • Conduct research on new raw materials, technologies, and sustainable processes for product innovation.
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations of research findings and project progress for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Environmental Science or related field (Master's degree an advantage).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in eco-products or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials, green manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and R&D tools/software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
