About the role

TAT Recyclables and Renewables Corporation is seeking an Accounting Generalist to join our team in Plaridel Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and reconciliations
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other accounting documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Performing data entry and analysis to support the accounting function
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed

What we're looking for

  • Relevant accounting or finance qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting generalist role, preferably in the recycling or renewable energy industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative and problem-solving mindset
