Job description

A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Warehouse Supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask and delegate is essential with this role.

  • Supervises over-all warehouse operations from receiving, storage, pick and pack, dispatching and returns.
  • Ensures that warehouse performance is in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
  • Ensures physical orderliness and cleanliness of the whole warehouse facility;
  • Ensures that all Warehouse equipments including MHEs are in good conditions, coordinates with suppliers or providers if needed.
  • Strict implementation and adherence to personnel safety and security protocols;
  • Co-develops and implements continuous improvement and special projects with immediate head
  • Supervise and guide all subordinates in performing their day to day task
  • Ensures that existing manpower complements the daily requirements of warehouse operations;
  • Communicates guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure compliance in Good Warehousing Practices;
  • Ensures that all files and records are available and updated;
  • Monitors and reviews monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI);
  • Responds to all concerns of internal and external customers in apolite and timely manner;
  • Performs duties assigned by immediate head from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and otherrelevant tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
