Supply Chain Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP to join our team as a Supply Chain Consultant.

About the Role:

  1. Support the Sales Team in responding to RFPs, specifically for functional requirements or questions.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Team to lead Sales Discovery sessions and determine possible solutions to customer challenges.
  3. Develop business scenarios relevant to customers based on information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  4. Configure D365 for various modules, including Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal, and Manufacturing.
  5. Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  6. Document proposed Solution Overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFP and information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  7. Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios.
  8. Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  9. Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
  10. Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
  11. Write 2-3 D365 SCM functional blog articles per year for the company blog.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Conversational skills in English
