Our innovative technology connects golfers, golf clubs, and course management teams through a seamless ecosystem of software, hardware, and mobile services, enhancing efficiency, convenience, and the overall golfing experience.

Position Overview

As the
Solutions Manager

, you will play a key leadership role in the implementation and management of Smartscore's integrated golf course management system across partner locations in the Philippines. You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-installation coordination and system deployment to post-implementation support and client relationship management.

You will lead the local solutions team, collaborate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, and Operations), and ensure seamless integration of Smartscore's ERP and golf management solutions aligned with client needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & System Deployment

  • Oversee full implementation of Smartscore's golf management and ERP solutions at client sites.
  • Supervise the installation and configuration of hardware (tablets, kiosks, TV monitors, POS systems, etc.).
  • Ensure systems are properly integrated with local operations and aligned with client workflows.
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Lead client onboarding and training programs for key stakeholders (caddies, reception staff, back-office employees, and management).
  • Translate complex technical information into user-friendly instructions and materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during and after system go-live, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption.

Operations & Maintenance

  • Manage day-to-day client support operations, addressing technical and operational concerns.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with HQ or regional support teams for troubleshooting and updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and service requests.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, and HR/Admin).
  • Provide feedback to HQ regarding system enhancements and local market requirements.

Customer Engagement & Strategic Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with golf course partners and key industry stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve solution features and service quality.
  • Support business development efforts through technical demonstrations and solution presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT implementation, system integration, or technical project management.
  • Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino (oral and written).
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally abroad.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in golf course operations, or POS/ERP software implementation.
  • Ability to speak or understand Korean (advantageous).

Work Schedule

Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Metro Manila (with regular field assignments to partner golf courses nationwide)
