  1. Coordinate and facilitate the import and export process, including communication with suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  2. Prepare and manage all documentation related to import/export activities-such as invoices, shipping manifests, and customs declarations-while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  3. Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to confirm on-time arrival, addressing any issues or delays that may occur during transit.
  4. Stay updated on global trade regulations, customs requirements, tariffs, and other international compliance standards to minimize operational risks.
  5. Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to support contract negotiations, review freight terms, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations

Qualifications:


• Preferably a Licensed Customs Broker


•Graduate of a Customs Administration or related course (preferred but not required)


•At least 1 year or more experience in import/export operations, logistics, or international trade Strong knowledge of customs regulations, documentation requirements, and international shipping processes


•Experience coordinating with government agencies (e.g., BOC, PEZA) and logistics providers


•Proficient in preparing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and declarations


•Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance practices


• Excellent communication and coordination skills


•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
