Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Administrative and Compliance Specialist, located in Metro Manila. The specialist will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to land acquisitions and compliance, including documentation, coordination with various stakeholders, and customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Daily tasks will include data entry, report generation, and communication with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and managing documentation
  • Knowledge of Finance, including maintaining financial records and budget management
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
