The Role

McDuffy's sales team is responsible for delivering McDuffy's premium recipes and accessories to the largest and most influential Philippine Accounts. Being part of the sales team allows you to bring to life our vision of accelerating the accessibility of our products to the masses. Our sales team finds, evaluates, and pursues opportunities among potential McDuffy accounts, seeking growth that builds upon or expands beyond where we are today.

Armed with a deep love for pets and curiosity for improving pets' health, our sales team cultivates existing relationships with current accounts and works diligently on the field to build new ones. Motivated by the will to increase the accessibility of our high-quality products to the masses, the sales team seeks to push the brand further, priding on its importance to the mission of our company.

Core Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with McDuffy partners to determine goals and targets.
  • Serve as the key point of contact in expos and other conferences, requiring deep familiarity with the McDuffy vision and products.
  • Exceed sales quota and expand b2b and b2c contracts

What we value

  • Ability to understand customers' requirements and how McDuffy can address them.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to compellingly articulate McDuffy's product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • Experience in the Pet Care industry is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.

What We Require

  • Experience in the use of HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other similar customer resource management sales software programs
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Las Pinas City.
