Frontline client facing role, handling all kind of travel arrangement for our clients.

Position Responsibilities


•Issue simple tickets


•Make seat assignments and request special meals


•Make fare quotation and build fare shell


•Follow up visa processing for customers


•Arrange non-air travel services such as rail/ferry/AEL tickets


•Handle hotel bookings (including those are not bookable in GDS)


•Hotel car transfer


•Urgent e-ticket link for amended reservations


•Provides professional travel advices to client


•Makes travel arrangement to client related on air/hotel/car/rail/visa etc

This position is responsible for the successful completion of travel arrangements through GDS systems and/or online self-booking system within CWT and client guidelines for clients and meeting the standards of excellent customer service.

· Preferred but not required \: Bachelor's / College Degree in any field or at the minimum 2nd yr. College level

· years of Corporate Travel Work experience

· Strong working knowledge and understanding of international pricing rules and procedures

· Expert at least of 1 GDS

· Multi-GDS

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good command of MS Office

· Above average Customer service skills /corporate clients

· Time management and good organizational skills

· Customer focused

· Proactive and assertive in dealing with clients

· Excited and energized on helping others

· Collaborative and establishes credibility and rapport quickly

· Able to balance conflicting inputs in decision making
