About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, this full-time role is crucial in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within our office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  3. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  4. Handling basic administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
  5. Providing general information and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders
  6. Representing the company in a positive and proactive manner at all times

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  5. A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
