Job description:

  • Conducting visits with the Sales & Marketing team for Demo and Customer Education.
  • Responsible for making product improvisation/product development for all existing products in the company.
  • Able to provide costs and benefits and compare competitors' products to customers.
  • Make daily activity reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest culinary trends and integrate innovative techniques into product offerings.
  • Make a suggestion for the company regarding product application and product shipping so the customer gets a nice quality product
  • Lead the testing, tasting, and refinement of new recipes, ensuring scalability and feasibility for production.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum Diploma Degree (or equivalent) in Food & Beverages, Culinary of Art, or any relevant major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Chef/Cook role
  • Has solid experience in food and beverages (restaurant, hotel, cafe, or equivalent).
  • Required skills: Pastry, Bakery, & Kitchen
  • Has good communication skills; able to speak English is a plus.
  • Understand food costing.
  • Flexible and willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
