Training & Development Technical Clerk

The Training & Development Technical Clerk provides essential system, documentation, and administrative support to ensure accurate SAP data entry, organized filing of technical references, and timely consolidation of operational and training-related reports. The role coordinates with internal teams to validate information, track deliverables, and support continuous improvement initiatives through well-maintained records and structured reporting.
JOB SCOPE
1. System Support
- Accurately encode and update data in SAP systems in a timely manner
- Ensure completeness and correctness of system entries
- Support data validation, and coordination with relevant teams for correction
2. Document Filing
- Maintain, organize and update Quick reference guides, manuals and technical documents
- Ensure proper version control and easy retrieval of documents
- Support preparation and formatting of training or reference materials when needed
3. Report Consolidation and Documentation
- Consolidate operational, technical, and performance reports from multiple sources
- Track important milestones and follow up on pending actions
Coordinate schedules across teams to ensure alignment and on-time execution
Administrative & Coordination Support
Provide general administrative support related to technical & operations activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data and documents
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through organized documentation and reporting
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in clerical, administrative, or office administration roles
- Basic understanding of reports, invoices, and documentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage
- Highly organized in scheduling tasks, coordinating meetings, and managing timelines
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation
