We are urgently looking for a Site Engineer to join our team

Location: Timog, Quezon City

Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Educational Background

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (PRC license not required).

Work Experience & Technical Skills

  • At least 6 months–1 year experience in construction or renovation projects (fit-out, repair, building works).
  • Knowledgeable in fit-out construction (partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, doors/windows, etc.).
  • Able to read and interpret architectural & structural plans.
  • Basic understanding of structural safety and load-bearing elements.
  • Familiar with MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) coordination.
  • Skilled in site supervision and ensuring quality of workmanship.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.

Project & Site Management

  • Can prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Knowledgeable in scheduling and monitoring project timelines.
  • Ensures compliance with safety standards (OSH).
  • Can coordinate effectively with the project team.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to project demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
