  6. Performance and Condition Monitoring Program

  7. Spearheads the following in projects:

  8. Study

  9. Planning

  10. Execution

  11. Cascades the following:

  12. Departmental Work Instruction

  13. SOP

  14. Engineering Guidelines

  15. Ensures timely reporting of issue

People Management

  1. Sets and evaluates the performance targets of subordinates

  2. Addresses employee grievances and build positive working environment for the department

  3. Implements necessary developmental intervention for subordinates

  4. Performs role in hiring and promoting subordinates

Reviews and cascades departmental Work I's and Policy from Systems
