  • Communication & Correspondence: Answer phones, greet visitors, compose emails and memos, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Schedule meetings, book appointments, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.
  • Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and handle basic office equipment.
  • Record Keeping & Filing: Create and maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry and manage databases.
  • Travel & Expenses: Make travel arrangements, book accommodations, and process expense reports.
  • Support Staff: Assist managers and other staff members with daily administrative tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and clients.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Computer Proficiency: Competency in using common office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and accuracy in proofreading and document preparation.
  • Multitasking: The ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer Service: A professional, polite, and attentive demeanor when assisting others.
