
Administration Assistant

- Communication & Correspondence: Answer phones, greet visitors, compose emails and memos, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Scheduling & Planning: Schedule meetings, book appointments, manage calendars, and assist with event planning.
- Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and handle basic office equipment.
- Record Keeping & Filing: Create and maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Data Management: Perform data entry and manage databases.
- Travel & Expenses: Make travel arrangements, book accommodations, and process expense reports.
- Support Staff: Assist managers and other staff members with daily administrative tasks.
Essential Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and clients.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Computer Proficiency: Competency in using common office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and accuracy in proofreading and document preparation.
- Multitasking: The ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer Service: A professional, polite, and attentive demeanor when assisting others.
