Schedule: Pure Night Shift (US Hours)

Join our team as a HCM Service Support, where you will play a critical role in supporting payroll operations through HCM tools. You'll handle technical and functional queries, provide high-level frontline support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Payroll Associates and clients for HCM product and payroll processing inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues using the HCM platform; manage and resolve service requests efficiently.
  • Handle complex or high-risk escalations following defined protocols.
  • Serve as liaison between local teams and US/Regional stakeholders on functional and process-related issues.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in HCM/payroll systems or related role
  • Experience handling US-based clients or accounts is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM tools or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable providing floor support to frontline agents.
  • Must be willing to undergo 2–3 months of onsite training in Makati, followed by a hybrid work setup starting the 4th month (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
