Job Description:

  • Understand Sales & Procurement process.
  • Support the sales team in relevant matters pertaining to commercial, finance & Taxation
  • Follow-up & Act as one point of contact with Customer & Vendor for compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with operations, finance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment and smooth client servicing.
  • Assist in tracking project or delivery timelines and resolving any commercial-related issues.
  • Prepare and Monitor Cashflow statement on daily basis
  • Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards
  • Prepare & maintain all required documents for tax returns with BIR in coordination with corporate team,
  • Maintaining the documentation for VAT, WHT, OR & Invoice Booklet updating
  • Should be the custodian for all documents pertaining to Procurement, Tax & other compliance related matters
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all tax deadlines to avoid penalties.
  • Assist with tax audits and respond to BIR assessments and inquiries.
  • Maintain tax-related documentation and reconciliation schedules.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as BIR, SEC & Stay updated on Philippine tax laws, rules, and BIR issuances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements and cooperate with external auditors.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR, procurement, and operations teams to gather relevant financial and tax information.
  • Support management with financial reports and analysis as needed
