As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Davao, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and solutions to inquiries, concerns, and requests. This role involves handling phone calls, emails, or chat support while ensuring that every customer interaction meets the company's service standards.

You will play an essential role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by actively listening, resolving issues efficiently, and offering appropriate solutions. Your goal is to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting company objectives and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and process requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all communications meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and team performance.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate (College Level or Graduate preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
