About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Landscape Architecture Designer to join the team at IDA INTERNATIONAL PLANNING SERVICES INC.' in Pasig City Metro Manila. As part of the Design & Architecture team, you will play a key role in the conceptualization and delivery of innovative landscape design solutions that enhance the natural environment and provide functional, aesthetically-pleasing spaces for clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive landscape design plans.
  2. Creating detailed technical drawings, renderings, and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts
  3. Conducting site analyses and feasibility studies to inform the design process
  4. Selecting appropriate plant species and materials to support sustainable, low-maintenance landscape designs
  5. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments to designs as needed to meet client requirements and budgets
  6. Ensuring designs comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  7. Providing on-site guidance and support during the implementation of landscape projects

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture or a related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in landscape design detail drawing, preferably within the commercial or urban planning sectors
  3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  4. Excellent technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
  5. Knowledge of local planning regulations and sustainable landscape design principles
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
