About the role We are seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in designing cutting-edge healthcare facilities that deliver exceptional patient experiences. What you’ll be doing Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop architectural designs and plans for new healthcare facilities and renovations Ensuring all designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Providing technical expertise and creative solutions to overcome design challenges Overseeing the implementation of architectural plans and managing construction projects Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends and technologies in the healthcare industry Mentoring and guiding junior architects to support their professional development Conducting site inspections to confirm actual quantities and validate progress reports Maintaining accurate and organized cost and documentation records Preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQ, and material take-offs for project proposals and construction Conducting cost analysis and value architecture to optimize project budgets What we’re looking for A bachelor's degree in Architecture (Licensed is an advantage; non-licensed may also apply) Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or project budgeting (experience in healthcare or commercial projects is a plus) Strong general architectural experience will be considered alongside healthcare sector experience Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM Demonstrated proficiency in all three software platforms: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM is required Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams For licensed, registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a licensed Architect Able to work independently and manage multiple projects Willing to conduct site visits and field validations as required About us We are a leading healthcare provider in the Philippines, dedicated to delivering innovative, patient-centric solutions.
