What You'll do:

  • Leading projects from start to finish
  • Produce high-quality design deliverables, including sketches, 3D models, rendered perspectives, construction drawings, specifications, and presentation decks.
  • Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and client expectations.
  • Conducting client calls, meetings, and site visits to gather project requirements and build strong relationships.
  • Conducting project presentations with clients and other consultants.
  • Ensuring the success of the project by coordinating and collaborating with the internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Landscape Architecture or Architecture industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction methods, and materials
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Gsuite and task management applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
