Qualifications:

  • Licensed Medical Technologist (Valid PRC license).
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting (hospital or diagnostic center).
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of all laboratory sections: Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, Immunology, and others.
  • Familiar with DOH HFSRB requirements, PhilHealth accreditation, and laboratory quality management systems.
  • Proficient in handling laboratory machines, calibration, troubleshooting, and quality control procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in Internal QC, EQAS, and laboratory safety standards.
  • Proficient in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and computer applications.
