Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently exhibit excellent customer service skills while assisting home-based educators
  • Determine real issues and provide correct resolution to concern/s of home-based educators
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams regarding full resolution of concern/s from homebased e-educators
  • Perform other tasks as requested by lead/Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Data Analyst and Report
  • Programming Background in PHP, Python and MySQL (for Automation, Portal, Dashboard)
  • Experienced as DevOps
  • Proficient in using Windows OS and MS Office applications
  • With Basic Computer and Network Background
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related field is preferred
  • At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience via phone, chat, or email
  • Has strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills
