Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently exhibit excellent customer service skills while assisting home-based educators
- Determine real issues and provide correct resolution to concern/s of home-based educators
- Coordinate with appropriate teams regarding full resolution of concern/s from homebased e-educators
- Perform other tasks as requested by lead/Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Data Analyst and Report
- Programming Background in PHP, Python and MySQL (for Automation, Portal, Dashboard)
- Experienced as DevOps
- Proficient in using Windows OS and MS Office applications
- With Basic Computer and Network Background
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience via phone, chat, or email
- Has strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills
