Join Sunlight Air as a Load Controller (Siargao), where you will supervise all ramp side activities, ensuring that the flight is dispatched on time, safely and securely. If you have an experience in the ground operations, we would love to have you onboard

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve information on booking, PNL editing, aircraft assignment, crew complement and initial block fuel.
  • Input aircraft assignment, crew complement, captain's name and initial block fuel in the system.
  • Perform pre-flight planning and trimming based on passenger booking and estimated baggage, cargo and fuel load; utilize the Loading Instruction Report Form and coordinate with Ramp Agent on loading requirements including baggage build up area load per push cart; ensure blockings of seats in the system for weight and balance purposes, as applicable.
  • Coordinate with Duty Manager/Station Supervisor any baggage accepted for check-in requiring special handling and alert ramp agent accordingly.
  • Accomplish NOTOC for any special load for Captain's information and signature.
  • After the pre-flight trimming is accomplished, closely coordinate with Ramp Agent on special loading instructions, (e.g., heavy outbound and volumetric loads); confirming physically, when needed, that loading is in accordance with the completed Loading Instruction Report.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in the airline industry preferably in ground operations.
  • Load Control knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Siargao Airport.
