We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Procurement, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Product Area. This role is critical in creating a safer, healthier, and more efficient work environment through effective digital solutions.

As part of our team, you will focus on Digital Procurement, specifically lowering costs, improving supplier collaboration, and managing procurement risk through the development, deployment, and anchoring of digital procurement solutions with business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as one product team to deliver functional requirements addressing business needs in Digital Procurement areas, including Sourcing/Contracting, Order Collaboration, Supplier Lifecycle/Performance, Supplier Quality, Sustainability.
  • Work with the Product Owner and Architect to split EPICs into working user stories.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on business use cases for system functionalities.
  • Gather requirements for user stories with business users.
  • Ensure that requirements fit process design and policy.
  • Test new functionalities, develop test cases, and document test results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Super User, or System Consultant roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience with product setup and agile ways of working.
  • Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, and Sustainability domains and systems such as SAP S/4Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP IPD, Ariba, Sphera.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
