As a Lead, Operational Excellence at B. Braun you plays a vital role in leadng the country-wide operational excellence agenda by driving process efficiency, quality, and customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Develops and executes a roadmap to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and maintain compliance, safety, and service quality.

Your key responsibilities:

• Process Optimization & Governance - Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned with strategy and customer feedback, mapping workflows to eliminate waste and standardize processes with clear KPIs.
• Capability Building & Change Management - Deliver Lean and Six Sigma training, facilitate Kaizen and problem-solving workshops, and drive adoption through communication plans, SOP updates, and role alignment.
• Initiative Delivery - Manage multiple continuous improvement projects from scoping to sustainment, optimizing workflows in planning, inventory, and service delivery while embedding daily management practices.
• Coaching & Knowledge Sharing - Mentor process owners, host Kaizen events, document learnings, and lead a Continuous Improvement community of practice for shared visibility and collaboration.
• Measurement & Reporting - Define KPIs, track benefits with Finance, maintain dashboards, and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions for sustained performance.

What you will bring to the team:

• Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred) with 7–10 years of experience in healthcare-related industries.
• Certifications : Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt with proven track record of delivering measurable savings and sustained impact.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Core Competencies : Strategic thinker with hands-on execution, excellent communication and data storytelling, customer-centric mindset, and expertise in change adoption practices.
• Leadership & Influence : Executive presence with ability to influence at C-level, partner cross-functionally, and lead operational excellence governance meetings.
