With the principal function of supporting administration including logistics preparation, on-site activation, patient program KPI monitoring and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders of the patient screening programs.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Planning and organization
- Responsible for supporting the on-site activation of the patient screening program
- Support administrative tasks of the patient screening program as aligned with CVRM CFT
- Comply with all regulations and policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of screening materials, etc. Communication and collaboration
- Engage internal and external stakeholders for alignment and coordination for the program
- Communicate project updates and reports to team members, managers, and other stakeholders
- Capture feedback and comments of the doctors/HCPs regarding ACT NOW program
- Address technical and logistical concerns of ACT NOW MDs Monitoring and tracking
- Collection of screening reports from MD Clinics and priority LGUs in different sites
- Monitor and report the progress of all patient screening program channels
- In charge of tracking and coordinating logistics for the patient screening program, including activities and collaterals
- Organizing and monitoring inventory of program resources and equipment
