Technical Officer is responsible for managing and resolving concerns from customers and service centers. This includes on time attendance of customer tickets and resolving the request of customer at a given time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Service Center Management

  • Ensure On-time attendance of customer ticket request
  • Resolution lead time to 8 days
  • Update monitoring of ASC
  • Resolve concern of ASC on parts and Coms concern
  • Ensure On time attendance of service center

RAF Management

Customer Management

  • Handle customer escalated concerns
  • Manage expectation of customer by providing resolution

ASC Accreditation

  • Screening and processing of ASC Accreditation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management
  • Preferably with Customer Service background
  • Open to office and field visits as part of work arrangement - with customer/ASC/dealer
  • Can start ASAP
