ACMobility is looking for a
Technical Training Officer
to lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for its aftersales team. This role ensures that associates are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively and meet industry standards. The Technical Training Officer will identify training needs, design and implement learning modules, and evaluate program effectiveness. The position plays a vital role in maintaining service excellence and compliance across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    training needs analysis
    to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Design and develop
    technical training programs and modules tailored to aftersales operations.
  • Deliver training sessions
    through workshops, presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and simulations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness
    by measuring improvements in employee performance, productivity, and service outcomes.
  • Ensure
    compliance and certification
    standards are met and properly documented.
  • Collaborate with
    technical experts, HR, and department heads
    to align training with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the
    training program list and schedule
    to ensure timely and relevant learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education
    : Preferably a degree in a technical or engineering-related field.
  • Experience
    : Background in training delivery, program development, or technical operations—ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Skills
    : Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills; ability to assess training effectiveness and align with business goals.
