About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver/Helper to join our team at Good Pastry Café' in BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our delicious pastries and baked goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate the company's delivery vehicle to transport products to customers
  2. Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring all orders are complete and undamaged
  3. Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle
  4. Provide excellent customer service, delivering orders promptly and courteously
  5. Assist with general warehouse or kitchen duties as needed
  6. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's license and previous experience in a delivery or courier role
  2. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing high-quality service
  3. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  4. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
