Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring immediate/timely response to employee concerns and inquiries
  • Timely and accurate dissemination of announcements, reminders and memos to employees on your site
  • Serving of memorandum to employees who committed violations according to the Company handbook
  • Assisting newly hired employees on enrollment to timekeeping machines
  • Timely and proper coordination with other departments for concerns regarding employees on your site
  • Maintaining organized and updated bulletin boards and Facebook groups and pages
  • Recruitment for warehouse positions like drivers, helpers, warehouse personnel
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct head

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite
