Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring immediate/timely response to employee concerns and inquiries
- Timely and accurate dissemination of announcements, reminders and memos to employees on your site
- Serving of memorandum to employees who committed violations according to the Company handbook
- Assisting newly hired employees on enrollment to timekeeping machines
- Timely and proper coordination with other departments for concerns regarding employees on your site
- Maintaining organized and updated bulletin boards and Facebook groups and pages
- Recruitment for warehouse positions like drivers, helpers, warehouse personnel
- Other tasks assigned by the direct head
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Willing to work onsite
