As we continue to grow nationwide, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will help maintain and improve our service standards across all branches and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate, and ensure compliance with company service standards and operational procedures.
  • Conduct audits and performance checks across branches, hubs, and delivery teams.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and HR departments to implement quality improvement programs.
  • Prepare and present QA reports and findings to management.
  • Handle customer feedback analysis and recommend preventive measures.
  • Support in policy development and training related to quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in logistics, courier, or express delivery industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel to branches and hubs for audits and inspections.
