Responsibilities:

  • Collects data from line monitoring results by coordinating with the respective Quality Aide - QC inspector and QC Specialist - Plant 2.
  • Encodes all variables and checks for completeness.
  • Analyzes data and prepares a weekly quality control highlight report to be submitted to QC Officer - Plant 2 / OSO every Monday.
  • Participates in the internal and external audits in the retrieval and preparation of records.
  • Conducts proper indexing and filing of encoded monitoring records.
  • Assists the team in investigation, evaluation, analysis, and identification of root causes of in-process non-conformances and provides corresponding solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 to 12 months work experience from any manufacturing set-up.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO / HACCP / GMP documentation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and other related course.
  • Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
