About the role

We are seeking a talented Centralized WMS Controller to join the Finance team at Styrotech Corporation. This full-time position will be based in our Meycauayan City Bulacan office. As the WMS Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial accounting and reporting for our Warehouse Management System, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support the company's strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting for the Warehouse Management System
  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Reconciling accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  • Providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to the management team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reporting
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree Course
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Management System environment
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
