We are seeking for a Site Architect who will be responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site, ensuring compliance with plans and regulations, performing site inspections, managing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily construction activities and workers on the project site.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and client requirements.

  • Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

  • Attend site and project meetings and communicate with contractors, consultants, and the design team.

  • Prepare site reports, review drawings, and manage necessary project documentation.

  • Address and resolve design changes or issues that arise during construction.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within the approved budget and schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture. (Preferably Licensed)

  • Practical experience in construction and familiarity with reading shop drawings.

  • Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office software and a strong technical understanding of building plans.

  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Architectural: 3 years (Preferred)
