Job Description

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will transform data into meaningful insights that guide performance, strategy, and operational decisions. You'll analyze KPIs, maintain dashboards, identify trends, and support Manila-based teams with timely and accurate reporting.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM, Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite at Ortigas (First 2 months), then Hybrid (2 days WFH)

The Qualifications We Seek

Non-Negotiable:

• 3 to 5 years' relevant experience
• Experience in supporting Sales / Retention-related teams
• Experience with Databricks alternatives or any reporting/BI tool
• Basic experience with SQL scripting
• Strong commitment to the work arrangement and stakeholder management

Negotiable:

• Familiarity with Databricks
• Experience with Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
• Experience in Sales and Retention

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform KPI analytics for Sales and Technical Support teams
• Conduct data analysis and trend analysis to support operational decisions
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency initiatives
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• Support Manila-based teams only
