As a key player in our technology and business teams, you'll:

  • Analyze and enhance business models, systems, and customer journeys to support strategic goals.
  • Act as the vital link between business teams and technical implementation, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
  • Identify, source, and implement new technologies aligned with business growth plans.
  • Leverage data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct UAT/Production testing, analyze outcomes, and contribute to informed business strategies.
  • Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.
  • Continuously review and optimize business processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with IT support and development teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements.
  • Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership, backed by data-driven analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to solve operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 
    1 year experience
     as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
  • Experience in the 
    Payments or FinTech
     industry is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of 
    RESTful APIs
     and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with 
    Agile, DevOps, Power BI, Data Analytics
    , and 
    Project Management
     tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and across multiple teams with a high level of initiative.

  • Work Hours
    : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Work Setup
    : Full Onsite
