Their website is built on WordPress, with multiple interconnected brands servicing industrial equipment, forklifts, racking systems, and warehouse products. They're ready to step up their digital performance, and you'll play a key role in that evolution.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Google Ads & SEO Lead to sharpen and scale digital performance across a portfolio of industrial B2B websites. Your primary mission is lead generation — increasing qualified enquiries from businesses needing industrial storage solutions and related equipment.

You'll take the reins on a $5K/month Google Ads budget, review the current SEO footprint, and build structured, measurable pathways to better results. This is a part-time contractor role (~20 hours/week) with long-term potential for the right person.


What You'll Do
Google Ads (Core Focus)
  • Overhaul and optimise Search + Performance Max campaigns for better cost-per-lead
  • Identify wasted spend and reallocate budgets for stronger efficiency
  • Conduct keyword improvements, negative keyword expansion, and landing page alignment
  • Build A/B tests (ads, copy, extensions) to increase conversions
  • Identify quick wins to push leads from 10–12 per week to 15+
SEO Strategy & Roadmap
  • Complete technical and on-page SEO audits for multiple sites
  • Develop a 3–6 month roadmap that prioritises:

  • quick visibility wins

  • long-term ranking opportunities
  • fixes to improve crawlability and site structure
  • Recommend content improvements (no writing required)
  • Collaborate with a developer to action technical fixes
Reporting & Visibility
  • Deliver monthly performance reports (PDF or Looker Studio)
  • Offer weekly summaries with insights, issues, and next steps
  • Translate complex results into simple, business-friendly updates
Collaboration & Workflow
  • Join fortnightly check-ins with marketing and operational stakeholders
  • Use Trello for task tracking and email for core communication
  • Coordinate with a developer and external content support as needed
  • Create your own SOPs and workflows — full autonomy

  • Able to diagnose problems quickly and offer clear, executable solutions
  • Strong comfort with GA4, tracking basics, and keyword strategy
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline
