Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled **Google and Facebook Ads Manager** to plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive measurable results. You'll manage ad strategy, budgets, and performance analytics to help us scale our marketing and reach new audiences.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

- Conduct keyword and audience research to identify high-performing segments.

- Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rate improvement.

- Create compelling ad copy and visuals (collaborating with our creative team).

- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.

- Stay current with advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ad metrics and tracking tools.

- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

- A results-driven mindset and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with A/B testing, remarketing, and lead generation funnels.

- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or other digital channels.
