Key Responsibilities:

  • Design dynamic, engaging, and lively learning experiences for Mothership University
  • Blend pedagogy with brand voice to create content that inspires curiosity, energy, and connection
  • Develop marketing-style storytelling approaches to learning and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training and development initiatives
  • Support training delivery, project management, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace to create and manage learning materials

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in learning experience design, training, or learning and development
  • Exceptional creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, with a flair for storytelling
  • Strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional design principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management and admin support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create engaging, fun, and brand-aligned learning content
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
