What You Will Be Doing
The HR Learning & Development team has an opening for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist role. This role requires the candidate to perform the following responsibilities:
Program Management
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs from needs assessment to post-training evaluation.
- Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor execution of learning policies and guidelines defined by the team and stakeholders.
- Create impactful data visualizations using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, or Power BI to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and training providers as needed.
Training Design & Facilitation
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructor-led and virtual formats; experience with eLearning development is a plus.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
- Customize training materials to suit diverse learner needs and business contexts; skill in using Canva and Photoshop is a plus.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees across various levels and functions.
- Use learning analytics to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Support and contribute to HR initiatives such as company-wide events and employee engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to drive organizational change and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify learning needs and align solutions with strategic priorities.
- Provide coaching and support to subject matter experts involved in training delivery.
What is expected of You
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in program management, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, authoring tools) is a plus.
- Experience in change management or organizational development is desirable.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation in L&D practices.
- Self-starter, strong communicator, and strong organizational skills.
