Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager to lead and manage our software development projects. You will oversee both internal teams and third-party developers, ensuring all applications meet design expectations and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and development of company applications
  • Manage software projects from planning to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party developers
  • Review and improve code for accuracy and functionality
  • Provide QA testing and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of IT experience in systems analysis and programming
  • Experience leading development teams and managing outsourced partners
  • Proficient in PHP, Java, or .Net for web applications in cloud environments
  • Strong project management skills using AGILE methodologies
  • Experience in UI/UX development for consumer-facing applications
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog (written and spoken)

Work Schedule:
8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
