Responsible for providing general first aid to employees when required, assessing employee's health risks, and promoting employee health.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess the health status of employees and visitors entering the Plant.
  • Issuance of fit to work for back work orders, examine and ensure employees on SL to submit medical clearance.
  • Assist & coordinate with Supervisors for conducting Employee's Annual Medical Examinations.
  • Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
  • Responsible for the applicant's pre-employment medical screening.
  • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
  • Develop and implement health and safety training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Create a clean, and comfortable clinic area.
  • Responsible for admin supplies management, budget, planning & control of office consumables and medicines.
  • Conduct orientation for all newly hired employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Nursing course with PRC License
  • Working experience as a company or a regular nurse is an advantage
  • With ONAP Training
  • Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupation Health and Nursing is an advantage
