The position has the following responsibilities:

  • Developing a Deep Customer Understanding
  • Strategic Account Planning
  • Proactive Opportunity Identification via ff methods:o Whitespace Analysis, Monitoring Client Trends, Consultative Selling
  • Relationship Management
  • Acting as the Internal Liaison
  • Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required

The position has the following work conditions:

  • travel inter / intra region/s within island cluster
  • Weekly inter/intra regional travel required
  • Must be available to travel 75%+ of the time
  • Public transport acceptable for regional travel arrangements
  • on site F2F interaction with healthcare customers
  • regular travel to / fro NCR HQ
  • being based at HQ given city therefrom to reach out to customers
  • Set up: one Power Forward Sales Representative for each of the 3 areas; namely, N. Luzon, S. Luzon, & NCR
