About the role

As a Project Sales Engineer at Milsein Light Inc., you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales approach. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, providing solutions tailored to the needs of our clients in the electrical sectors.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and responding to inquiries
  • Conducting technical assessments to understand client requirements and pain points
  • Developing and presenting customized solutions that showcase the unique features and benefits of Milsein Light's electrical products and services
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Providing post-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the technical and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product innovations.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team-based sales targets.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • With experience in Project selling.
  • Have proven experience and a solid background in handling or gaining entry into large-scale electrical projects in the Philippines.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer (Preferred)
  • Know how to drive, and with Driver's License
  • Focus on products.
  • Willing to travel in Cavite, Metro Manila, and other nearby provinces.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, power generation, and distribution, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and propose the best-fit solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
