This role is key to expanding Gothong Southern's strategic footprint and driving sustainable revenue growth in both public and private markets.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Public Administration, or related field; MBA or postgraduate studies a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in logistics or shipping, with 5 years in senior-level sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in handling government transport projects and/or strategic partnerships with major freight forwarders.
  • Familiarity with port operations, shipping processes, and interisland logistics in the Philippine archipelago.
  • Strong grasp of government procurement systems, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the Philippines for account acquisition and project supervision.
