About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Accounting Associate to join our thriving Accounting team at SPTR WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS INC'. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As Accounting Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and other financial documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting department
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
