ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Level: Entry, Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, Hybrid upon regularization
  • Location: Headquarters, ATC Center, 148 Katipunan Ave., Quezon City

Overview:

The Marketing Associate develops and implements effective marketing strategies to build the brand and ensure positive customer engagement, conversion, and retention in online and offline channels.

KEY FUNCTION AREAS:

  • General Brand Management and Quality Control
  • Digital Marketing (including, but not limited to, Social Media Management)
  • Sales Campaign Management
  • PR and Influencer Marketing
  • Local Store Community Marketing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit and update brand assets, including website, social media channels, online marketplaces, and store visual merchandising
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences & behavior, competitor insights, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate in product conceptualization, campaign ideation, and execution that will boost brand visibility, product discoverability, and customer conversion and retention
  • Participate in organizing promotional activities such as product/service launches, new store openings, sales promotions, and mall events
  • Manage social media through effective social listening and community engagement
  • Create relevant content aligned with the brand for each marketing channel
  • Liaise between the company and suppliers such as printers, mall administration, and commissioned freelancers
  • Create plans for assigned projects and campaigns
  • Measure KPIs and report to the Manager for the performance of assigned campaigns, and provide status updates for handled projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or similar courses (Fresh graduates are welcome.)
  • Updated on online and offline marketing trends for fashion and lifestyle trends
  • Social media savvy and has basic know-how on the features of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Interest in food, restaurants, and similar industries is a plus
  • Adept in project execution
  • Strong copywriting skills with the flexibility to adapt to various platforms
  • Articulate verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute plans
  • Experience in online tools such as Google Suite, Meta Creator Studio (formerly Facebook Creator Studio), Canva, and photo-editing tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Basic knowledge and skills in design, Photoshop, and photography (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize efficiently
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to handle projects simultaneously
  • Willing to work in Katipunan, Quezon City area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
